"1 night stay just before Christmas - hotel staff were excellent, was expecting to pay for parking but receptionist suggested I sign up to an ‘Accor Live Limitless’ account which makes parking was free (result!). Room was a good size but one issue was the hot water in the shower. Even with the temperature turned up as hot as possible the shower water was a little tepid (it was better using the hand held shower rather than the rose in the ceiling…….but would expect better). Also the air...
