Only 25mins to Potato Point Beach and 45 mins to the major centres of Moruya or Narooma. Explore the property and nearby Bodalla and beaches, or day trip to Tilba Tilba, Mystery Bay and many more.
The space
This unique contemporary residence has an open plan style living area with full kitchen, dining area and lounge including split system air conditioning, leading out onto a country style patio and overlooking the most magnificent views of Eurobodalla bushland and rolling hills and glimpses of Reedy Creek.

Set high on 30 acres of private land the property is waiting to be explored, as well as the many back roads and trails in the area which are perfect for off-road mountain biking, making this the ultimate getaway.

There will be freshly made comfortable beds, a queen in the master, a double with single bunk above in bedroom two and a single plus a cot in the third bedroom.

Full linen and bath towels are included for your stay.

There is one very large bathroom with walk-in shower and a full bath tub as well as laundry facilities.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves minus a private space off the main living area the owners keep secure.
Other things to note
The property is fully off grid and powered by solar panels as well as a high-quality generator, should you run out of solar energy. Guest would need to be able to follow the simple process to turn the generator on if required.

The house runs on tank water so practical water use is encouraged.

The property is only 20 mins from the Princes Highway with the last small section on unsealed dirt road. A 4WD style vehicle is advised however in dry months this may not be necessary. Please discuss with your host immediately prior to travel.
