Enjoy breathtaking views and easy access to Beaver Lake with the convenience of being located just 9 miles from the charming town of Eureka Springs. Our Beaver Lake home can host two families with 2 levels of living space, each with fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and 2 large living room areas for relaxing. This Ozark hideaway can sleep up to 9 with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.

The main entrance located upstairs welcomes you with mountain top views of Beaver Lake, a large open living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV and a wood burning fireplace. The master suite is located on this floor complete with a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. The beautifully decorated dining room seats 8 with access to a spacious outdoor deck complete with gas grill and patio furniture.

The lower level hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large recreational area with pool table and bar, complete living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV, full modern kitchen, and a dining table for 8. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a trundle bed with 1 full and 1 twin mattress.

1 ½ miles to Starkey marina with boat launch, boat, and dock rental

Located 9 miles from Eureka Springs and 30 miles from Rogers

Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund of rent or other taxes and fees for unauthorized event

Everything is as pictured and described. Kelly is a perfect host! Also, we can verify the hot tub is cleaned between guests, because we saw them. Can't wait to stay a third time!

Wonderful place to stay!
We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and is was a beautiful view! It was a short 15 minute drive into downtown Eureka Springs and we found lots of fun things to explore close by with our 4 young kids.

Wonderful lake view stay
Gorgeous property. We liked playing on the pool table and watching the ncaa championship. Had a full kitchen in the basement with lots of seating. Was more like 2 houses in one. Very comfortable stay. Lots of baby deer around along with great sunset views.

Perfect Oasis!
This home was perfect for our needs! We met several friends of ours from different parts of Missouri to ride the motorcycles in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. The house was a lot larger than we anticipated, but perfectly appointed for our extended weekend. We enjoyed breakfast each morning there at the house, then after being on the bikes all day, we'd return for dinner and play pool downstairs. We really enjoyed reminiscing and catching up on the back deck. We were super grateful that the garage was able to house all five bikes and a vehicle during the storm that occurred while we were in town! An all-in-all perfect weekend, largely due to the wonderful accommodations we booked.

Wonderful weekend getaway
We met our friends from Texas here for our annual trip together. The house was so big and clean! It easily fit the 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids really loved learning to play pool, and the adults loved the hot tub. The location was beautiful with views of the lake and lots of deer visiting us in the yard. It was so peaceful and relaxing! It’s just a short drive into town for ice cream or the multitude of hiking options. We can’t wait to plan a return trip.

This property has it all! The location is great for all adventures, whether on the lake, in town, or just some peace and quiet. Serene views, relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub. Great family time around the fire pit. The best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Great living rooms for movie night, and very comfortable beds. Kelly was quick to respond to any of our questions. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing place to stay!
The house is beautiful! Our family of 7 really enjoyed our time together here! We could all do our thing and not really get in each others way. We spent a lot of time in the game room and loved it. Deer were in the yard on 2 days and it was amazing. Its a great place for peace and quiet and to get back in touch with nature. The communication with the owner could not have been better. We would rate it 5 stars and definitely stay again!!!

Couples weekend away.
The property is lovely, very clean, spacious and very accommodating for our group of four couples. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, then returned that evening after boating and dinner to visit over coffee. Wonderful view of the lake. Comfortable beds; nice linens. Excellent communication with management prior to our arrival. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I've yet to be refunded our deposit or receive response/communication from management, even though we left the house in excellent condition and were careful to follow instructions.

The Perfect Place
My family spent Christmas at this beautiful property and had a wonderful time. Santa had no trouble at all finding the chimney at this lovely home. As to the particulars, the house is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. It’s spacious enough for families to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were great. We appreciated that every switch was labeled. It just makes things so much easier. There’s also a binder with lots of good information and brochures for local attractions. During our stay, we especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the fire pit. It also should be stated that the owner, Kelly, is an excellent host. I had questions before we arrived and received a quick response. She is very accommodating to your needs. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend!

Bella Casa Beaver Lake
Overall, the property was was sufficient for our stay. There was plenty of space forca family of eight. We loved the layout of the home. The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed. Pur only concerns were the lighting, especially in the kitchens over the sinks and stoves. It was very dark. There should be some cleaning behind the heads on the beds for spiders, found a fed spiders and webs. We had to clean the grill before we could use it. Just a few maintenance updates. This would be a perfect place. I would return to this property because it is a well designed home away from home.

The property was very beautiful; inside and out!
There were 9 of us in our party. The house offered up plenty of room for all of us; with room to spare. We enjoyed the downstairs for game time and the up stairs for preparing our meals and eating on the outside upper deck. We would of liked to of had a hot tub for at least 4 to 6 people, as the current one is only big enough for 2 people. The beds were all compy, but the master-bed sheets are quite worn with knobbies all over the fitted sheet. (This would be the time to replace them). Otherwise; we loved everything about Bella Casa and would love to stay there on our next trip to Beaver Lake! Thank you, for sharing it with us! Girls Trip 2016

we had a family of 7 and had a great time. everything was as described and very nice comfortable place with comfy beds and great views of deer every morning and evening. the house is perfect but the only things that need to be addressed is the carpet is getting very worn and needs replaced, the pots pans and oven pans need replaced badly. last but not least the deep cleaning needs to be addressed (the place was very clean for the most part just simple cleaning as in the vent hood was covered in grease, light bulbs were all different colors and warmths [3k-5k] so a fixture of 4 light would have 2 different color bulbs in it. not an issue but doesnt look professional and the wall sconces had layers of dead moths in them. again not a deal buster but need to be addressed for a more clean professional appearance. we did have an issue with the propane tank being empty and the owner is supposed to give a refund for the inconvenience so we will see. they should have a spare tank on hand for such issues but thats not my call. owner was fast to respond and tried to help as much as possible. would we stay again??? of course and would definitely recommend. minor issues but definitely worth the stay and trip there. great property all in all
