Downtown Eureka Springs is best explored on foot, but don’t worry—we provide TWO dedicated parking spaces in a private lot just a 3-minute walk from the house! Additional free street parking and metered spots are available nearby, and we’re happy to share local tips for the best alternative parking options. A yellow loading zone is also available directly across the street for loading and unloading luggage.
PLEASE READ: The parking lot is located on a neighboring street, which has a small but steep hill when walking back up to the house from the parking lot.

💡 Know Before You Book
• Stairs – The home is built on a bluff, meaning you’ll need to walk up stairs to access it, and there are two staircases inside.
• Bedroom Layout – All bedrooms have queen beds. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a half-wall, making them semi-private.
• Bathroom Setup – Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a jacuzzi tub (no shower). A half-bath is located on the main level.
• The balcony on the top floor of the home facing the street is not for use as it is covered in a roofing material that is not suitable for walking on. Not to worry, you still have two other decks and the patio!
