The space
Located among redwoods, but near the hospital and shopping, the guest suite is a perfect place for a getaway or business. There is plenty of natural light and the space is immaculately clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The Sequoia park/zoo sky bridge & the entrance to the McKay Community Forest (27 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails) are all in close proximity.
Guest access
This well insulated guest suite is located above a garage with a private entrance. There is one full flight standard staircase. The garage space is not included with the rental. Parking is available, off street, in front of residence.
Other things to note
The guest suite has one insulated shared wall with main residence that is also separated by an enclosed stairwell. This a private separate home with a separate entrance and its own on demand hot water heater and central heat.
