"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "Staff is very helpful. NO Air conditioning (was very warm during stay). Breakfast is good. Short walk to many restaurants and to poland pedestrian bridge."
