Short 1 min drive to grocery and other shopping. 8 min drive to airport and 20 min to the University of Oregon. Also a short 10 min drive to Fern Ridge Lake. Home has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate families and groups of friends.
Please note there is a guesthouse located on the property that is available to rent as well to accommodate for larger groups if needed. Please check out our other listing.

Cute House!
This property is very clean and managed very well! It's located on a busy street but right across from it is an amazing dog park! My doggo loved it. My sister and I used this spot to reminisce about when we lived in South Eugene as children! Thank you for the great visit.

Nice Zen Eugene home, dog friendly
This was a very nice place within 10 minutes of downtown. We had two little dogs so the dog park across the street was perfect. Loved the dishwasher and laundry. We were ok with the hot water taking a while in the shower, it was super clean and with excellent shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Air conditioner really helped in the main room, fans in bedrooms. Games in the closet! I’d recommend this house.
