Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This home, built in 1955, is fully furnished and is near stores, shopping and approximately two miles from the U of O campus. The home features big kitchen area and large back yard and deck. Room for RV or boat parking that can be behind a gate. Wi-Fi and Cable TV available.
Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 3 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, Air Mattress . Washer and dryer in house.

Eugene is in the heart of the Willamette Valley, about a hour drive to the Oregon Coast and about an hour drive to the Cascade Mountains. The area is surrounded by rivers and lakes with plenty of fishing and hunting areas near by.

Roomy property

The place is quite expansive with 3 bedrooms, large cozy kitchen and 2 sitting rooms, with a bonus backyard with plenty of amenities. It is a hike to the University. Close to groceries, etc. The interior is just as it was when someone lived there in the 70s, a great retro vibe!

Family friendly for Olympic Trials

Wonderful house with lots of room. Great location to bike to Hayward Field. Appreciated the fenced in back yard for younger kids. Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors.

This is an older, but very nice home. We slept 8 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My only complaint is that it says 20 minute walk from Autzen Stadium, but it is actually over an hour. However, we would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Sweet Home in a Great Neighborhood

My friends and I came up to Eugene for a college reunion, this was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean, had a beautiful backyard, and all the beds, sheets, and towels we would need. Would stay again!

Nationals weekend

We stayed there for 4 nights, the house was very nice. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to the university which was the main reason we went out there. I recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Eugene area.

Great house and accommodations

We loved the house and especially the back yard. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 with all the comforts of home. We were very comfortable and everything we could need. The back yard area was our favorite place to hang out, with plenty if seating and beautiful foliage. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we could need. Property manager was quick to reply to any communication.

Pick A Decade

This house has a mix of eclectic furnishing's and decor'. The fireplace is unique from the 1950's and the kitchen gives a Brady Bunch vibe. We absolutely loved it. Extremely spacious, and the property contact was courtesy and very helpful. Great price for the space!

A Visit to the Fair

Along with 3 friends, we rented this excellent house so that we could attend the Oregon Country Fair, as well as socialize before and after. The house had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large table and chairs in the spacious kitchen, and several seating areas outside. It was perfect for us! We particularly enjoyed sitting and chatting at the kitchen table and outside on the patio. Our thanks to Steve for a great experience!

The house was ideally located. The back yard was awesome. Great place to hang out with family.

Check in was easy. Only thing I was not used to no check out list. And garbage can was really small with no notice of when or where to put it. But overall worked out fabulous. Thank you for making this happen for us.

Retro family home

The pictures were accurate. The home felt like a home that had not been updated for many years. Our family had allergies while in the home. The orange carpet was probably the culprit. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. I would recommend throwing out all opened containers such as spices. This would be a terrific home if some updates are done. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting.
