Boasting an abundance of curb appeal, Villa Roma is surrounded by mature landscaping and evokes a Greek countryside feel. Upon entering, you will quickly take note of the airy and spacious living room, full of sunlight. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen displays a suite of stainless steel appliances, a gleaming white tile backsplash, and plenty of meal prep space.

As you explore the rest of the villa, you will discover that each of the bedrooms has been adorned with high-quality linens and inviting color palettes. Two of the three rooms even have WFH desks. Additional interior amenities include partial air-conditioning, keeping you cool during the summer months, and washer/dryer access.

Outside, enjoy the sweet sounds of nature and sips of local wine from the enchanting yard. Less than eight miles from Villa Roma, you can explore Hendricks Park, Hult Center for the Performing Arts, Cascades Raptor Center, and Mount Pisgah Arboretum.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
