From the custom built bar to the massive "Vegas Strip" painting, this townhouse will not disappoint! It is a two story townhouse with the best location in Eufaula! The kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom are all located downstairs. Head upstairs to the two bedrooms and the full bathroom.
The Gambler has all of your basic kitchen needs as well as a few extras that you're sure to enjoy. The dining table has room for four and there is a built in bar with a front row view of the lake.
The living room area has a full size futon for extra sleeping space, a large 65 inch HD ROKU TV, and a one of a kind 8X7 ft. canvas painting of the "Vegas Strip. The incredible painting was composed by an extremely talented artist from Checotah, OK named Laci Stephens. The painting took approximately 18 hours to complete.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom, also called the King's Room, has a California King size mattress and also has a balcony where you can sit back and relax as you enjoy the beautiful lake scenery before you. The second bedroom, known as the Queen's Suit, also has a California King size mattress.
The bathroom sits in between the two bedrooms. It has a tub with a shower and jets.
We are available if needed, but like to allow our guests their privacy and freedom to come and go as they please.
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.
