"Come to town to fish for a few days. This is the perfect location on Thomas Mill Creek. Clean and had all the necessities that we needed! The only thing I could say I didn’t like was that you couldn’t turn the ceiling fan on and the lights off simultaneously. I like the fan going at night but the air conditioner helped with the white noise. Plenty of parking for your boat. Will be staying again. "

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Mr. & Mrs. Woods were very accommodating & communicative. For the most part, the surrounding area was very quiet. It was not difficult to locate the property. It's not far from the Georgia line. I spent a lot of my time in the Phenix City/Columbus area which is very lively. For the price, I think you get more than what you pay. "A very nice, quiet, location on a hilltop with a view. Our goal was to go birdwatching at the refuge and this was conveniently located to that as well as easy to get downtown for shopping and restaurants. For us, birding on the property was also enjoyable. Just the type of place we love to stay. Everything inside was clean, cozy and well decorated, even some homey Christmas decorations. The host’s artwork is on the walls and it complements the lake are beautifully. "
