"Paul and Nicky could not have been better hosts. Always there to help book restaurants and suggest good restaurants to go to. Evening meals were excellent and their company also welcoming and entertaining. This is a well keep Chambre D’hôtes extremely clean. Very stylish and well equipped. The room i stayed was huge ! Nice little village in beautiful countryside. Would recommend to anyone."

She was full and said there no way she would accommodate us despite our reservation having been made nearly 3 months before. The person on the phone was unpleasant. "Marielle and Loic were very kind and warm. It felt like I was staying at my favorite cousin’s house, and the home being a Chateau was the icing on the cake. Le Chateau de Lavaud is a gorgeous, serene castle with a generous landscape and spacing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a quaint, antiquated feel of Spanish / Moroccan design.
