The house is absolutely adorable and the view in the morning is beauitful we woke up with several different types of wildlife in the yard and fields surrounding the house. Its was perfect for our quick weekend qet away. We will definitely stay here again . Also Misty was very quick to answer our questions and the check in and out process was extremely simply."

"It’s OK if there’s no other choice. I should have stayed across the street. I’ve stayed at the Richland Inn before and it’s very clean. Very sanitary. The Villa Inn is pretty rundown. Paint been slapped on top of chipping paint more than once and there’s no updates been done to the building in quite some time. The first thing we saw as I entered our room was a brown recluse spider crawling up the wall in the bathroom. I immediately killed it. The pest control guy was there spraying the buildings and I asked him were there problem with bedbugs, roaches, etc. He said there wasn’t. We did not see roaches, bedbugs, or the sort. But, we did see that brown recluse.. The first thing you see when you approach the building is boxes piled in the windows, and the lobby is closed because of filthiness. It literally looks like a hoarder lives in the lobby. Bad first impression!!"
