"We liked: quirky decor, relaxed ambiance, friendly staff, comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious, loads of veggie and lactose free options (also gluten free) and everything was well labelled. We were there on a weekend so breakfast going on until 12 was lovely, one day we went to löyly and then came back and had breakfast after, which was perfect. Free dinner was a surprise bonus, the food was great, though there was no specific veggie options, though between soup and salad it was ok. Good...

"This is a great hotel in Helsinki that offers excellent service with excellent rooms. The room was spacious, clean, well lit and included a kitchenette and also an iron and ironing board. A healthy breakfast was included as well. The location is very quiet but within walking distance of several sites. When traveling further, the tram is easily accessible as it is approximately 3 blocks away. In the future I would gladly stay here again."

"It was good but central heating didn't work. I asked for them to fix it and they saud there was no maintenance available so they sent an electric heater which just ended up drying the air. No comfortable nights sleep."
