"We travelled with 4 families for a few days and had a fantastic time at the residence. It has lots of space, specially for the kids, and is equipped with everything you might need. We would love to come back soon!"

"We stayed for 9 days to relax, visit Paris and boulder in Fontainebleau forest. Gîte du Val D’auneau was the perfect base. Incredibly spacious, private and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. Excellent pool area kept the kids happy for hours a the lovely covered outdoor dining area was a wonderful place to eat. Andréa and Philippe were the perfect hosts, they answered a questions promptly but allowed our privacy. Very highly recommended "

À peine arrivé le voisin nous dit de dégager Le fils du propriétaire super désagréable un mauvais comportement Pas de serviette dans le logement pas de draps propre ,le propriétaire juste en bas pour nous surveiller aucune tranquillité nous étions sous surveillance Sincèrement de tout cœurs je déconseille ce logement "

"Lovely house, very comfortable and well equipped for a family for two weeks near to climbing areas. Fireplace with a good supply of firewood very welcome for chilly spring evenings. Very helpful and friendly host, tolerant of my limited french language skills! We would recommend and definitely stay again."

"We had a nice stay here for two weeks. The covered veranda was good for a dry storage of the pads as well as hanging out during rain. The nearby sport-area is good for the kids. There is a Shop in the village and lots of bouldering areas are easy accessable by bike."

"Grande et tres belle maison, accueil très attentionné. Chambres ultra confortables (literie top) avec plusieurs salles de bain, très appréciable quand on est nombreux. Belle cheminée et, belle surprise, un magnifique sapin de Noël décoré nous attendait dans le salon. Séjour en famille très réussi ! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour les échanges avant le séjour et à Thierry pour son accueil sur place."

"La maisonnette est idéaliement située (N10, boulangerie, centre commercial, centre ville accessible à 5min en voiture). L'environnement verdoyant est très agréable. L'aménagement est particulierement optimisé et rien ne manque. Nos hôtes ont tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour soit parfait, il l'était !"

"Belle propriété dans un bel environnement, grandes pièces bien chauffées, propres, cuisine bien équipée, le tout correspondant au descriptif . Au calme mais à proximité de ce que nous voulions voir ( Chartres, Fontainebleau…). Excellent accueil par le régisseur, discret mais toujours disponible. Nous recommandons ce séjour."

"Lovely property, very clean & modern. Difficulty changing number of guests as host/VRBO did not respond until the night before our stay. Wi-Fi username/password was incorrect initially. There was no info left in the house for us & the locking unlocking of the doors was difficult initially. We could not get the air conditioning to work so upstairs was very hot. Except for these problems we had a very nice stay & although a little small for 5 people it worked well for us & we enjoyed our stay."

"Lots of space for the family to explore and relax. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is a wonderful. The gardens are gorgeous! The VRBO app was unreliable but Victoria was accessible by phone. Her Gardner was very helpful and it was nice to have someone on site. The town is quaint with excellent restaurants. Great place for families with children."

"Property was clean, staff were very friendly, mall close by for everything you may need. The bed wasn't great but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay again."

"The apartment was big and clean for the most part but the kitchen cabinets and countertops were really old and in bad condition. The walls were really thin so you could hear everything. The outside was nice and quiet. It was a little bit difficult to find google maps was taking us somewhere else but all together it was a good affordable stay for a family of 5 "
