Welcome to Solitude Lodge Gem Lake 203, a serene vacation rental nestled in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains in Estes Park. Situated on a vast nine-acre property adorned with beautiful majestic trees, this studio room offers a truly tranquil and private retreat for nature enthusiasts and relaxation seekers. Guests can easily explore the beauty of the area, indulge in various outdoor activities, or simply bask in the serenity of the ambiance. The studio room has a king size bed to unwind after a day of exploration. As you step inside the studio, you will enjoy features including a Electric fireplace, flat screen 50" TV for streaming, microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker with six coffee pods included. The upscale modern decor bathroom features a walk in rain shower, and towel warmer. The unique decor of the room will make you feel as if you are in the coziest of cabins deep in the Rocky Mountains.
For those seeking relaxation, a shared hot tub is available on the property. Soothe your muscles as you soak in the warm waters, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Additionally, Solitude Cabins offers a gathering place that can accommodate up to 40 people. Whether you are planning a special event, a family reunion, or a corporate retreat, this venue provides the ideal setting for memorable gatherings. Be sure to check for Gathering Room rental availability and make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: one extra roll of toilet paper, 1-2 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and 4 K-cups. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
This studio vacation rental is not serviced like a hotel. Rental of this room does not include linens change or additional replacement amenities. Requests for linens change will be charged to the guest.
This property is not suggested for Long Term reservations as there is no laundry or kitchen facilities. If this property is booked for 14+ days, a mid-stay clean is required. Great weekend get away

We had a great weekend getaway. The rooms are small but cozy and the fireplace was a great addition. Not a huge fan of the shared hot tub, however the place looks great and is as described.

Lovely lodge

We stayed in the lodge. The room was spacious and clean, loved the fireplace and we were able to take advantage of the quiet lounging space down the hall at night as well. Estes Park is really gorgeous and if we do get the chance to return, would love to try out one of the cabins next time

We arrived Tuesday morning to a clean, beautiful room with lovely mountains as a backdrop and deer lounging out back. We roamed around downstairs where we found the owner and his staff as they greeted us with open arms and made us feel extremely welcome. They also gave us great tips on where to eat, different sites to see around town and trails to hike in the Rocky Mountains. We will certainly return in the near future to stay at this lovely "gem" called Solitude!!

Clean and convenient

This was a return stay in this lodge. It is right as you come into town from Lyons/Longmont, so easy to get to. Very clean. I also really enjoyed the running path just across the street. You feel like you are in the country, but it's right on the edge of the city. Good communication from SkyRun.

Clean, convenient!

This room was very clean! Pictures accurately represent it. I really liked that it was on the edge of town, easy to get to from the Front Range metro. I could go to many places without having to go through downtown traffic, yea! SkyRun communicated all the info I needed to check in and relax and enjoy my time here. I'll definitely be back to stay in this Lodge.

Great Get Away!

We stayed for two nights at Solitude Gem Lake in Estes Park and had a great time! It was super quick and easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park from our unit. Our rental unit was spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable and Connor, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He even offered to carry some of our luggage up the steps! Near our room on the second floor was a beautiful little outdoor patio where we ate a couple of meals while we enjoyed the gorgeous views. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed out stay, was very close to everything but just out of the hustle of down town, saw elk every day close to this property. loved it! I would recommend having a broom/dust pan or small vacuum in the room. floor got little dirty after hiking each day :)

Here for a wedding

We had a wedding at the Stanley Hotel that we came up for. Spent a Saturday & Sunday night here and it was perfect for our needs. We’re not super needy to begin with. A bed, shower, and a fun view from their public patio was great! We got to see a faint view of the Milky Way and some awesome constellations at night, and some elk crossing the road on our last day here! The check-in process was easy, and the communication with the owner was seamless. We’d definitely come back!
