The Bear Den is my favorite mountain destination

I’ve stayed at the Bear Den several times and have loved every minute. It is located close to all of the wonderful things Estes Park has to offer. Great shopping, food and beautiful scenery. There is a park within walking distance for the kids. We often see deer and elk when we come to visit. The cabin is spacious and super clean and cozy. I love the cabin feel with all of the bear decor and enjoy relaxing by the fireplace. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Colorado Cabin

I would like to tell you about the wonderful time I enjoyed at The Bear Den. I stayed there for 2 nights with my sister, brother, and sister-in-law and we had the most wonderful time. We loved the cabin! It is beautifully decorated but very home like at the same time. We loved the bear theme. It was adorable and made us feel like we were really in Colorado. I am from Texas and my sister is from Oklahoma. We were able to totally relax and enjoy our vacation. We were able to see the aspen trees changing and hear the male elks bugling to their females. We even showed it to another guest after visiting in the parking lot. She said that it was so much prettier than the cabin she was staying in. This is the best cabin in Estes Park! We hope to come back!

Comfortable place close to Estes Park/Rocky Mountain Natioal Park

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable townhome. It had everything we needed and is very close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We were also entertained numerous times by the elk that often visit the neighborhood. Would also like to remind everyone to get your timed entry passes for the national park if you are there during summer through october. We had to do the daily 5pm scramble to get a pass for entry.

If we could give 10 stars we would!

We headed up the first part of May to stay at the Bear Den Cabin. Estes is so close to Denver. It makes the perfect getaway. The cabin was more than we expected....much, much more.It was so clean, organized, and the decor was based on a bear lodge theme. It was so beautifully designed with the theme of bears running throughout. We felt we were truly in a mountain cabin. It was the perfect location for us. The views are jaw-dropping gorgeous. Shopping, antiquing, water sports, museums so very close. We were able to view elk just wandering around along with other wildlife. This cabin was ideally located! We spent a lot of time downtown shopping, to the Stanley, Rocky Mountain National Park, and the YMCA grounds. It was perfect and we plan on this being our home away from home. I would not hesitate to recommend this to everyone who needs a wonderful getaway. If we could give 10 stars, we would!
