Soaring Eagle River - 5 bedroom luxury home on River with Hot Tub

Perched along the banks of the majestic Big Thompson River, Soaring Eagle stands as an exquisite retreat, merely a short drive away from the renowned Rocky Mountain National Park and a short distance from downtown Estes Park, promising an idyllic blend of tranquility and convenience.

The residence boasts an enchanting view of the river, where the melodious symphony of flowing waters permeates the entire house. While the living room offers a serene view, the deck provides an ideal spot for personal repose, a haven for relaxation amidst nature's beauty.

Step inside, and you're greeted by a spacious interior designed for comfort. The main-level great room, adorned with a soaring ceiling, invites gatherings with ample seating, a woodburning fireplace, and a river view. Adjacent, the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a double oven and generous counter space, seamlessly connects with the great room, ensuring inclusivity even for the culinary enthusiast. Overlooking the river, the dining room enhances the dining experience with its picturesque setting.

However, you didn’t come to Estes Park to spend your days inside and Soaring Eagle has the outside space you’ve been thinking of. There is a large deck off the great room with two glider-rocking chairs, and tables and chairs for outdoor meals, games or conversation. There is also a lower level patio that brings the river just a little closer with a hot tub and gas grill.

On this level, two bedrooms beckon—a primary suite boasting a king-sized bed, river views, and an attached bathroom, while a second bedroom offers a queen bed with easy access to a full bathroom nearby. With just two steps to traverse, accessibility is ensured for our guests.

Descend downstairs to discover another inviting space— a second living area complete with a pool table, TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Here, a secondary kitchen equipped with stove, oven, and refrigerator stands ready to cater to your needs. The lower level hosts three additional bedrooms: one featuring a king bed and river views, another providing the flexibility of a queen bed and a twin bed, and a third offering two twin beds. Completing this level is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a convenient half bathroom.

Outside the lower level, a large patio commands a stunning view of the river, accompanied by a beckoning hot tub. Let the gentle heat soothe your muscles as the river's serenade melts away your worries. For the angler at heart, the Big Thompson River offers fly-fishing opportunities, right at your doorstep.

Convenience meets adventure as the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park lies minutes away, inviting exploration and immersion in nature's grandeur. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we had our own private lodge. The whole family played pool, enjoyed the creek, mountain views, and abundant wildlife. One morning we saw 15 deer roaming along the creek. We would definitely choose this home again.

Great place right on the river. 5 minutes to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Close to a gas station/liquor store and close to good restaurants without having to go into Estes Park. Room to park 4 cars. Will stay here again on our next trip to RMNP.

An Amazing Home
This was our third time to stay at this home and each time it just gets better and better. There is the VERY well appointed house, the comfortable beds and sound of the river that help you sleep, the hot tub that soothes sore muscles after hiking, the elk and deer who wander thru the yard and provide entertainment for the grandchildren, the pool table that feeds those sibling rivalries and the two refrigerators that store all the food needed for our family gathering. The list goes on and on because this house and tens location is fantastic.

My family of 12 came to Estes for a 4 night stay at this beautiful home. It met all of our families needs. Very spacious surrounded by the mountains and Thompson River right outside the back door. The elk came to visit a few times and my Grandchildren loved watching them. We would definitely book this property again!!!

super place in Estes Park
Our experience was absolutely wonderful. I can’t think of anything lacking in the home. The kitchen was well-appointed with every utensil/gadget/appliance that was needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was extremely clean. It was wonderful to have onsite laundry facilities, and garbage pickup during the week. The hot tub was well-used to unwind after the daily adventures! It was fun to have games and puzzles for the rainy days. Beautiful location with lots of wildlife to watch while sitting outdoors. Finally, the home was a great proximity to the national park as well as the downtown area!

Location, Location, Location
Our family thoroughly loved our week long stay in this beautiful home. It is right on the Big Thompson River, has easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and we watched over a dozen female elk and 5 babies visit not only the front yard and backyard but watched them cross the river right behind the house. This was something our family will never forget. Then there are the hummingbirds that will give you hours of entertainment on the deck if you hang a hummingbird feeder. Perfect location for an unforgettable week in a lovely, well equipped home.
