VHR#3524 Welcome to Tatanka Two Cabin! The wildflower themed cabin sleeps 6 and is just across the street from Tatanka Cabin. When available, both properties can be rented together if you need more space for more friends and family (up to 14 with both properties).

This is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath cabin, with a full kitchen, and spacious living area with amazing views and a large deck which is great for outdoor dining (the grill is in the carport). There is a smart TV, DVD player and electric fireplace in the living room. The upstairs bedroom has a King bed and a quiet sitting area with a single pull-out chair sleeper in the room. The lower level bedroom offers a Queen bed, a day bed (single) with trundle, smart TV, DVD player and PS3 gaming station. There is a shower in the master bathroom, a shower/tub combo in the 2nd bathroom, and a shower in the lower level third bathroom.

This property is in a wonderful location, with great mountain views. While it feels like you're away from it all, you are just a 10-minute walk to downtown Estes Park, and 3 miles to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Also, having it next door to Tatanka Cabin, you can have extra space for larger groups when both properties are reserved. Tatanka and Tatanka Two Cabins offer views of Longs Peak and the Mummy Range that you will enjoy during your stay. The location can't be beat! We reserve the right to cancel anytime. Outside cameras on site. 4WD or AWD is required September-June. This property is located off a private road not taken care of by city plows. Snow removal happens 12-24 hours after 3" or more collected snowfall.

Cozy Home
It was a cute home with a great deck and wild life. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the tv was complicated but the property manager was great and came over and helped us. The downstairs bed was terrible and the tv did not work. I probably wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. However, I like a king size bed and a mattress that isn’t hard. We enjoyed our stay there with friends! I’ve been going to Estes for 64 years and stayed all over Estes and this was a nice location.

Beautiful Estes Park
Overall we were pleased. Areas could’ve been cleaner (storage area for dishes) and a heads up for the road would’ve been helpful.

Perfect location
Located just about a 10 minute walk from town. Driveway is dirt/gravel and quite steep. Everything was functional. Kitchen and bath could use some updating, but it is a cabin :)

Great cabin for an Estes getaway
Had a wonderful visit. Nice deck and we had a family of deer who visited everyday. The last section of road is not paved. Pretty bumpy so be prepared. The 9-year old liked it😂 try out the Barrel for some cold beer and eat from a food truck. The pizza truck was there the night we visited. It’s very near the cabin. We have visited Estes and RMNP numerous times and it never disappoints!

Family get-together
We had a very relaxing trip at this property. The views were great along with daily visits by deer in the area. The deck is perfect for just relaxing and taking in the view. The master bedroom was great with it's own bathroom. The living room and kitchen was very nice and nicely equipped. There is a hall bath and a bedroom/bath downstairs. The spiral staircase to the downstairs is really steep. The bottom level was a bit basic and the TV there is only for gaming. Wifi was great. The road in and out is pretty steep and rutted. An SUV is probably best. Checking was super easy. We would defintely return.

Nice cabin, but 4-wheel drive a must.
Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked with china, glassware and utensils. Lower level TV did not have a remote. There was a gas fireplace with 2 remotes that didn’t work and no instructions. The last 50 yards of road is gravel and very steep. Hard to climb even with 4-wheel drive.

Estes Park Getaway
The RVBO had a very nice treed lot above Estes Park. It's a quiet area with good mountains views. The property and home was well cared for and stocked perfectly with many amenities for quest. The only ding would be not being informed about the steep and slightly ungraded road leading to the house. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

Great place to stay. Quiet area but able to walk to downtown. The unpaved road and driveway were a bit of challenge to navigate at first. We had twin fawns and a mother elk visit us and stay in the yard all afternoon

Perfect Location
Great location and house for RMNP. Property management was quick to respond and very accommodating. Will use Villano in the future. Note: No pets allowed does not mean no pets were/are on property. We booked this property because my son has dog allergies. No guests are allowed to bring pets but owners have a dog. Therefore, dog hair and dog dandruff cause allergic reaction. Just FYI.

Beautiful little hiuse
Perfect place for us, we will be back in the near future. One little thing, something about the water causes a whistling sound. Turn on water and it stops, turn it off and it starts again. Nothing that bothered us but it might bother other folks will recommend to my friends.

Stay a while if you can
Rare mix of having quiet remote privacy while being literally less than 90 seconds drive from downtown activity. Deck is spacious and puts you right in nature with a spectacular view. Had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Not sure what kind of mattress is on the king-sized bed, but it’s the most comfortable sleep that I’ve ever had. Stay a while, if you can. The cleaning fee and other costs make a two-night stay a little rough on the budget. I believe the listing noted a steep incline on the road coming in. You’ll definitely want to be in an SUV or similar, as this path is primitive. Thank you to the host. Our stay here was part of some great memories for our Estes trip.

Close to nature, comfy home, some things can improve
The home is great, you get the feeling that you're deep in nature, but Estes Park downtown is just 10 mins away. Interiors are comfortable. The home is located on a dirt road, and there's an incline when you get out of the driveway into the road. It had snowed the previous nights, and we needed snow chains to climb that incline. We had already done our research and went prepared. How it can improve: - Most dishes were unclean; we had to spend a couple hours just cleaning the dishes. - The Internet is pretty bad - first couple nights, it was mostly unusable. Luckily my partner and I always travel prepared for such situations - we carried our star link satellite connection and a 5G modem. Due to the # of trees and surrounding buildings, we couldn't get a satellite lock, but our 5G modem worked great. On days 3 and 4, the internet was slightly better, and again really bad on day 5. Even when it's working, you only get about 10 or 11 Mbps, which might be enough for most people, but if you're planning on working out of here, do come prepared.
