#6213 This newly constructed condo has 3 bedroom, and 3.5 baths on 2 levels. Built to overlook Mary's Lake and gorgeous Rocky Mountain views from the top deck and bottom patio. New furnishings give this condo a comfortable and welcoming feel. The kitchen is inviting as it opens up to the dining and living room creating a open floor plan. Only 4 miles from downtown shopping, pubs, massage, breweries, and eateries. The Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is only 4 miles away. A gas fireplace on each level finishes the mountain getaway. NEW HOT TUB. Many of our guests have severe animal allergies and due to this we are not able to host service animals as they create a safety hazzard. Outside security cameras on site. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time. Security cameras on site. Emotional support animals are not permitted, a significant pet fee will be charged and the animal will be evicted.

Lovely Home with Amazing Views
Stayed here for a relaxing spring break with our kids. Home had everything we needed, and enough space to spread out. Enjoyed the games and puzzles, and the hot tub was great! The views were amazing and had elk visit for breakfast one morning!! If you're looking for a place in Estes Park, this place has it all!

Perfect Family Getaway
This property was perfectly set up for our family of 3 kids plus our older parents. The views were gorgeous, the house had every amenity you would need, and the location was an easy drive to everywhere in Estes. The hot tub was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. We even saw deer down the street. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat
We loved every minute of our time here! The property was well stocked and clean. The owners were very kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time looking at the amazing views and elk from inside as well as from the hot tub. We loved this place during our vacation. It was large and well-stocked with a great view of the mountains from the porch and from the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and other than a Roku that didn't seem to work in the basement (the other two TVs/Rokus were fine), we didn't have any issues.

It was a perfect weekend getaway
The property is close enough and convenient enough to get to town or Rocky Mountain national park. But it was super quiet and had amazing views. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get rested and rejuvenated. It was just what we needed.

Perfect spacious getaway retreat
This house was perfect! My family and I met with my sister-in-law and her husband for a few days. We had plenty of space to relax. Loved having two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the view is gorgeous! There was not one thing we found lacking, and will definitely put this property at the top of our list when we return to The Rockies!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is so beautiful and the views are amazing! It was a perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving celebration! There was plenty of space and we enjoyed having two master suites. The wrap around couch in the living area was so cozy and perfect for watching movies. It was nice having a separate living area below also! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views! I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Outstanding accommodations
This is our third rental in Estes Park, and head and shoulders above the rest. Super clean and amazingly well stocked (dryer sheets, make-up removal wipes, straws, childrens utensils, etc). Perfectly located 15 minutes to downtown or RMNP, and only five minutes from Lilly Lake. Had every modern amenity, while maintaining rustic charm and amazing views. Will definitely be back!
