This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo along the famous Riverwalk and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village Resort be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size, fully-equiped kitchen with all major appliances, silverware, dishes, and pots and pans. Smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free WIFI (1GB Fiber to the property).

Great location - budget accommodations at a not budget price
This is a nice condo but lacked some basic amenities at the price we paid. The kitchen didn’t have towels to dry dishes, no wine opener, knife, spatula, etc (but lots of serving spoons) and didn’t have enough pots and pans to make a basic spaghetti dinner. The carpet in the bedrooms was so very dirty we wore shoes the entire time. Super gross and would be easy to have them professionally leaned. The location was great but there’s other options next door that are a better value and offer more amenities.

The place was cozy and clean, and stocked ok (except for no soap in the kitchen...?) Stayed a Friday night, and it was so loud due to the wedding venue just above the units, we opted to leave the next evening instead of staying another night.

Wonderful
Nice place. Rooms are small. A bit cramped for 4 adults and 1 child. Pool area was great. The closeness to downtown is what we really liked. We were able to walk to and from restaurants and shops.
