Fish on Fall River right on the property! Fishing license required. The home includes WiFi, TV, and washer/dryer. Just ΒΌ mile to downtown Estes Park and a few miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. An amazing house! Had an excellent NYE in Estes. Loved that there were some many robes and towels provided for the hottub. We used the grill for steaks. Everything was great, would stay again!

Absolutely loved spending Thanksgiving here with my kiddos. We had a blast! All the amenities to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner and work off the weight on the ping pong table! We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin the weekend before Christmas. The property and house were exactly as described, clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it is the cleanest Vrbo I have ever rented. The location and views are amazing! We had Elk lounging in the backyard and many wild Turkeys. Check-in was easy and without any issues. If you want to relax in a clean, beautiful home while listening to Fall River from 1 of 3 decks...this is your place! Thank you for an excellent getaway!

Perfect Stay in Estes Park

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and in the perfect location. We always rent a house on Fall River and this was the best place we have ever rented. So peaceful, but also within walking distance to town. We loved sitting out on the lovely decks overlooking the river. Kitchen had everything we needed too! Highly recommend!
