This new one-of-a-kind townhome offers views of the Continental Divide, Old Man Mountain, and Lumpy Ridge! This stylish abode is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The townhome is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. It offers fully equipped features: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, gas fireplace, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. This townhome has 1 king bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa. This townhome sleeps 4 people in approximately 550 square feet. Beautiful property, very clean and quiet. Great proximity to town and RMNP. Sounds like the complex has been sold and will be private residences by the end of 2024. Otherwise we would definitely be going back.

Great location but lacked great rest
Our stay at Fall River was the perfect location and looked to be perfectly accommodated; however, looks were deceiving when we crawled into bed night one. The bed was so hard we could not sleep. It was beyond firm, just hard. My husband and I took the pull out couch mattress off the bed and laid it on top of the king bed just to possibly get a little relief. Sadly, my husband made a pallet on the floor at about 4am our first night. And unfortunately, the tiny couch in the living room gave no hope to stretch out because it was not a full length couch. We have stayed at many many vrbos and this was our most uncomfortable one in all our years of travel. The unit was nicely appointed, just uncomfortable in regard to sleeping or relaxing, which was a shame. We know that an accommodation is always hopeful you’ll enjoy yourself and return one day. Well enjoying a vacation starts with a good night of rest, which we lacked getting the four nights we stayed. This was our first time to Estes Park and we loved the city and Rocky Mountain National Park… we will return, but we will definitely make sure we stay somewhere that is a comfortable place to relax in.

Good location
The location in proximity to the Estes Park shopping/entertainment district was good! Easy walk there but a little bit of a steep walk back. Our mid-Sept., 2-night stay was short. We didn't see much activity, convenient entertainment, or food access within the resort, but maybe there's more than I had a chance to find! Our lodging was clean, nice, and adequate!

Clean, well equipped and a short (<5 min)walk along a river sidewalk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Estes. Easy parking at condo. We had a 1 bedroom with king bed, full bath with shower/tub combo. Full kitchen including dishwasher. Washer/dryer combo. Good Wi-Fi. Small back deck. Overall it was very nice . Only a 3 night stay, so we didn’t cook or do laundry. TV with cable in bedroom and living room which also had a gas fireplace. The only negative for me, and this is because I live in a single family home, was noise from the adjacent units above and on the side when they were cleaning floors.
