Great Place in Estes Park
My husband and I were at the condo for 11 nights and we had family there for one weekend. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You are away from town with a lovely view from the deck. There were wedding receptiions almost every night at the resort across the road, but the condo is quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family stay
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great! Not far from town and a quick walk to the wedding venue at Black Canyon Inn. Communication with owner was great and they were quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Home away from home!
The property was super nice, clean and in a perfect location! The condo was everything you could hope for, but you come there for the views, and it did not disappoint! They were spectacular, especially seeing the view of the twin owls on the opposite mountain range! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and adequate accommodations
I left a vm and emailed the property manager, but never received a response. The owner sent access codes and instructions and was very helpful and responsive when I contacted her directly. The unit has a good layout to accommodate 5-6 people comfortably. The furnishings are dated and well used but adequate. There are patterned shower curtains instead of drapes which cheapen the unit. The location is across the parking lot from the Black Canyon Inn, so proximity to the Inn if one is attending an event clearly makes up for any interior shortcomings. We enjoyed our stay.

Review of condo
The condo is comfortable but we ran into a few concerns with our stay. I had to contact the contact person 3xs to get the access code to gain access to the condo, they gave no directions for driving to the condo, the ice maker in the refrigerator does not work, there is no TV service in this condo and the contact person's response to our questioning this was not helpful, she said there is tds internet with this smart TV and it has apps, but no local channels. There is no information available for how to access anything with this TV. We would not rent this condo again.

Lori & Rick were amazing hosts from booking until departure. They provided detailed instructions and directions that were easy to follow. Prior to our trip we asked if they happen to have a suit steamer. Lori wrote back a bit later with a picture of a brand-new steamer she purchased and placed in the condo for our use. Our first morning there, the coffee pot died. We messaged Lori that morning and by noon she had purchased and delivered a new coffee pot. She even left $10 on the counter to pay for the coffee we had at Kind Coffee, which she recommended. The condo was amazing. Fully stocked with everything we needed, and the king bed was so comfortable. The views from the Condo were amazing. The location was perfect. Just 1 mile to downtown restaurants and shopping. About a 20-minute walk downhill or a five-minute drive. The walk back to the condo is mostly uphill. Only a two-minute walk across the street to the Black Canyon Resort wedding venue. An easy 20-minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park RMNP Beaver Meadows Entrance, or a 10-minute drive to the RMNP Fall River Entrance. If you like to hike, the condo is just a couple minute drive to the RMNP Lumpy Ridge Trailhead with moderate hikes to Gem Lake and The Twin Owls. A five-minute drive to the Estes Park Visitors Center where you can take a leisurely 4-mile walk around Lake Estes, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Not maintained, dirty, over priced.
Below is a running list I started on a 3 night trip at the property. Bottom line, not cleaned or maintained well enough to enjoy all amenities. I asked the property manager 3 days before we showed if they had a coffee grinder, he said yes. Show up and no coffee grinder, c’mon man! Tried to contact him during the stay and no response. Kitchen under cabinet lighting out Microwave light out No blinds on shower window ( I don’t care, but my wife does) No closet space No place to hang up cloths No dressers to put cloths in Coffee cups dirty Water Glasses dirty Plates dirty Floors had hair and spare change from last guests. Crumbs on all of the dining chairs Dirty Pillow Case with buggers on it Mold on top of shower calk Have fun. Not what I expected for this price.
