Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No pets. Here for a wedding
Ten mule deer sleeping in the yard for most of a day certainly added enjoyment to our stay. The place reached and exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again.

Perfectly Wonderful Stay in Estes Park Time
Great space, amazingly furnished, terrific comfortable beds both floors! House worked great for 3 couples and great times on deck in back of house, even warm blankets available for chilly eves on deck! Was a wonderfully peaceful spot early am and great walking distance from great Village of Estes Park. Leah was amazingly helpful with suggestions for wildlife watching…. And all else. She blessed our time!Would love to go back again and again!!!

Incredible Estes Park Home!
I've stayed in numerous vacation homes in Estes Park and this has to be my favorite. The home was perfect for our New Year's Eve family vacation of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing, we got to see a ton of wildlife from the back deck. The kitchen was also perfect for cooking. We'd love to stay at this home again!

Rocky Mountain stay
We were needing a house that could accommodate 3 different sets of families to stay for a wedding in Estes Park and this location was perfect! It is just as described and the location was perfect! It was easy to get in and out of the area even with snowy conditions throughout our stay. The photos don't do it justice. We were able to use the grill for dinners and the hosts allowed us to have a large group over after the wedding. If you're looking for a large yet cozy place to stay in Estes, Mountain Memories is perfect!

Absolutely Gorgeous
As soon as you open the front door you have the awe factor of the giant windows in the living room. The pictures do not do this house justice. We also had deer and elk visit in herds all five days. If you’re looking for a place in Estes Park look no further than this house. You will not be sorry!

Best location and home in Estes Park.
We had a fabulous time in Estes Park, but the best part was the well equipped and beautifully appointed home. You will not find a better vacation home than this one; from the comfy beds to the relaxing steam shower, to all the animals that visited us as we lounged on the back deck. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Perfect place to make “Mountain Memories”
Amazing stay with our family of five. The house is beautiful - clean, stocked with amenities, room for everyone. Would be great for multiple families with an upstairs area and a downstairs area. We had about 7 elk that visited us morning and evening. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck and watching them graze. Close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

House was very clean and kept up, had everything you needed in the house and more. Location was perfect, close to Medical, which no one needed, close to town and everything you needed and still seen Elk off back porch every day Great place to stay.

Best. Trip. Ever!!!
This place is absolutely GORGEOUS!! My girlfriends and I loved our stay here. She seriously thought of everything you could possibly need and then some. We saw TONS of elk mama’s with their little babies, the weather was perfect so we sat at the deck and enjoyed the sunset, the movie room was so cozy, and they had the most comfortable beds. 10/10 recommends staying here!

Awesome House and Great Manager
Super comfortable accommodations for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was gorgeous and easily accessible for elderly parents since there are no steps to get inside or out, flat from the driveway to inside the house. The house was exceptionally outfitted with everything you need while away from home! Would love to stay her again if lucky enough to return to Colorado.

Excellent location and beautiful house
We rented this house for a family visit and it was perfect for our needs. We could walk downtown (no hassle with parking and traffic) and we could take back roads to the park to avoid some roads near downtown closed for construction. The grocery store is just minutes away. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and equipped well, and the host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Beds were comfortable, and we had wildlife outside on some days to add to our enjoyment. Highly recommend.

Spring Break perfection
The house is very well thought out and full of anll the amenities you could need. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are all stocked with the essentials. Layout of home is fantastic for one family or could be split between 2 smaller families. Very close to town, RMNP and an hour + drive to Eldora ski resort. We had 3 feet of snow in about a 36 hour period and the driveway was plowed at least twice in that time. Instructions for every device are in a binder so working the tvs, grill, steam shower, outdoor fire pit was very easy. The attention to detail was amazing. Would highly recommend this house for your next visit to Estes Park.

This property was even better than the photos show. Everything we needed was at hand!
We had an amazing time at this property. It had everything we needed, and more. They allowed us to accommodate a small family reunion. The kitchen is beautiful and the amenities, plentiful. Off the deck, we saw herds of elk and other wildlife. The property is spotless and easily accommodated the 8 of us staying at the property. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be back again. The hosts were helpful and quick with answers to our few questions. Thank you!!

Best VRBO house we've stayed in
We travel quite a lot, and nearly always use VRBO for rentals to suit our large family. This home was the most well-equipped, cleanest, and *nicest* house we've stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything you might need for your comfort. Very impressive. Location was fantastic, too - easily walkable to/from downtown Estes Park, but didn't feel at all like a city house. Great view, elk in the neighborhood. We would absolutely both recommend this property and stay here again ourselves.

Wonderful Vacation!
We celebrated our 30th anniversary with our adult kids and their spouses in Estes Park. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home to vacation in. It's clean, modern, well stocked with everything you could need, with a nice location up a hill but yet close enough to the city for dinners and supplies. We enjoyed time together around the fire table each night on the deck. The steam shower is fun to try. The communications were excellent from booking through the end of the trip. I highly recommend staying here for your trip to the Rocky Mountains!

Colorado getaway
The house was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels. Plenty of room to spread out. Excellent furnishings and appliances with many games available for use. Beautiful deck off the kitchen in back with gas grill and gas fire pit. Saw several deer and elk walk by. The weather wasn’t as expected with six inches of snow early in September! But we made the best of it. Good location to do many things in that part of Colorado.

An amazing home in an amazing location
We booked this home because our daughter was graduating from college in Fort Collins and I'm so grateful we did! The home was exactly what we expected and more! When we arrived, there were 12 deer standing in the driveway. Elk in the backyard. The views were breathtaking and the home was huge and so comfortable!! I couldn't have had a better host either. Leah was a text away with any questions and was so accommodating to every wish. It make a great trip, PERFECT!!! We would definitely stay here again. The drives in and out of Estes were spectacular even in bad weather. I give it an A++!!

4.95 of 5.0 Absolutely loved this 4 BR luxury property and will not hesitate to return in the future. Appliances were state of the art and loved the décor and furniture. Property was well stocked with paper supplies, cleaning products, kitchen basics (spices, foil, wraps). Light switches labeled and laminated instructions cards for everything. Very Minor Nits: Didn't like the request to vacuum at check-out; cooling is by whole house fan with small a/c unit in main room--it was a bit warm for us during hot August stay; and would like to see some larger pasta sized bowls added to the kitchen.
