Non-smokers be aware
This non-smoking unit is well situated, clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you need. (However we did have an ongoing problem with the microwave overheating which was not resolved during our stay). What would have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by an habitual cigar smoking neighbour who made it near impossible to enjoy relaxing on the lanai. On checking with the office we realized that we'd have to accept the situation as there are no smoking restrictions at Country Creek. This was something we hadn't encountered before, and we wouldn't return there because of it. Maybe it's time for Country Creek to change its outdated policy to reflect the healthier lifestyle most vacationers expect today.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased, overall. The condo was clean and spacious with anything one would need in terms of daily living.There was a beautiful balcony where we spent a lot of time, especially in the morning with coffee. Very nice view. We went to the pool often and the pools were relaxing and attractive looking. We got to the beach in Bonita Springs a few times, which was about a 30 to 45 minute drive. We took a lot of walks on the beautiful grounds of Country Creek and generally had a great stay. Realty Group was also very accomodating with a few minor problems.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, good location, sadly no WiFi which we knew upon renting. The unit could use the owner or someone coming in and removing the clutter (dresser drawers, pantry and refrigerator were empy but every other drawer was full of stuff) and organizing the linen closets, bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets, laundry area. Simply put, way too much stuff!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since this was our fifth year in CC621, we must like it. It is close by almost everything one would want for daily living; shops, restaurants and entertainment. It has a pleasing view of the golf course while a variety of Florida's best wildlife can be seen almost every day from the lanai. The library is a short walk from the condo where one can use the computers there, as this rental does not have wifi at this time, and select from hundreds of DVD's for use in the unit's DVD player.
