"Wonderful beachfront hotel. Tranquil and relaxing. Good restaurant for breakfast and the evening and if you have a car there are many roadside restaurants and bars close by. We did have a slight hiccough in that on arrival for a one week stay, we found out that our last night was a double booking. ..."

Esterillos and the surrounding area and beaches are quiet and safe. It's perfect for families that want to stay away from overly touristy areas and crowds. We have been going there for several years, and we love it.

There isn't much to see or do in Esterillos, but if you're looking for a quiet spot away from it all, this is it. Still convenient to Jaco and Manuel Antonio, but the beach was clean, quiet, and nearly private.
