We rent our spacious apartment in a prime location right on the beach. The apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from 3 terraces and a lot of space with a total living area of ​​over 280sqm. The large living room with separate dining area is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the huge covered main terrace (80sqm) with generous lounge furniture, large dining table and a hammock. Listen to the sea and enjoy the breathtaking view across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa. On the entrance level are the large kitchen and a guest toilet. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the spacious master bedroom with en-suite full bath and the remaining 2 bedrooms are located. These share a shower room in the hallway. In front of the sea-side bedrooms is a second terrace with a second dining table. At the top is the roof terrace with over 50m². Unforgettable living experience!

Things to know about San Luis de Sabinillas :: San Luis de Sabinillas is a typical Spanish village located on the Mediterranean coast. The village has retained its original Spanish character. Here you will find many quaint bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, various business premises, pharmacy, banks, post office u. v. m. Every Sunday, you will find one of the largest weekly and flea markets in the region. The nearby marina Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to linger. In addition to numerous bars and restaurants, you will find a hairdresser, gym, dry cleaners, Internet cafes and a business center.

Things to know about Estepona: This old Spanish "hamlet", now grown into a town between Marbella and Gibraltar, is one of the few places on the coast that has been able to maintain its character despite the rise in tourism. In the center you will find the Plaza Las Flores, a charming meeting point. In its surroundings you will find many shopping and strolling opportunities in the pedestrian zone or the quaint old town. Worth mentioning is also the Bullring of Estepona, it was designed according to the plans of Salvador Dalí and has a corresponding charisma. There are a variety of restaurants, from small typical tapas bars to upscale eateries. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the markets in Estepona. ideale Wohnung zum relaxen

wir waren zum 2. mal in dieser wunderbar gelegenen strandwohnung.alle Angaben aus der Internet beshreibung stimmen übereinDa wir uns dem Rentenalter nähern geniessen wir diesen traumort immer im Januar und Februar um dem miesen wetter in Deutschland zu fliehen.Man kann von hier tolle Ausflüge machen oder einfach in der Sonne relaxen.wir bevorzugen diese Reisezeit auch ,weil es noch nicht so voll ist und das preis-leistungs verhälnis ideal ist.ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen .

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung einen wunderbaren ersten Urlaub mit unserem 1-jährigen Sohn verbracht. Die Ausstattung entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Sehr praktisch für Urlaub mit Baby ist die Waschmaschine. Babybett und Kinderstuhl können hinzugebucht werden. Die Terrasse ist selbst im Januar ein sonniges Plätzchen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Der kleine Gartenbereich vor der Wohnung war ein toller Spielplatz für unseren Kleinen. Von der Anlage gelangt man direkt auf die Strandpromenade und zum Strand. Also alles sehr kind- und elterngerecht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich inklusive Restauranttipps und Ausflugshinweise per Mail. Wer dem deutschen Winter entfliehen will, dem ist diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens zu empfehlen :)

we had a great month in the appartment

the appartment is pleasant, with excellent equipment, nice rooms and kitchen. The garden is great. We enjoyed the location close to the beach and golfcourses.We were lucky with the wetter. It was mild and hardly no rain. We would have prefered an own internet connection, but could work satisfactory with an Orange stick we bought and the internet of the neighbours. We would certainly recomment the appartment to friends and will consider a renewed stay in 2014

Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage. Auch die Wohnung an sich ist nett. Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut..ABER: mangelnde Sauberkeit: Schränke waren nicht geputzt, die Grills in einem unmöglichen Zustand und die Möbel auf der Terasse sind schmuddelig. Wohlfühlfaktor hier nicht zu1005 gegeben FAZIT: angesichts der Masse an Ferienanlagen an der Costa del Sol ist von diesem Vermieter eher abzuraten. Selbst in der sehr schönen Anlage gibt es andere Möglichkeiten der Anmietung.

TraumUrlaub

Wir kommen soeben vom Traumurlaub in Andalusien retour und möchten die Anlage La Perla de Marakesch prinzipiell weiterempfehlen. Unsere Wohnung, Nr 12 - Top 4001 war der ideale Ausgangsort für einen aktiven aber dennoch entspannten Urlaub mit allen Kindern zwischen 7 und 14. Die Anlage liegt perfekt, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Pools sind perfekt zum spielen und plantschen, das Meer direkt vor der Haustüre, so soll Urlaub sein! Die Vermieter haben mit viel Liebe und Geschmack die Wohnung passend in der Anlage eingerichtet. Perfekt die Terasse mit Garten und direktem Zugang zum Pool - Geschirrspüler, Wäschetrockner, ausreichend Geschirr u Gläser, Klimaanlage, ein großer Tisch, ausreichend Platz zum sitzen und herumlümmeln - nicht selbstverständlich bei vielen Anbietern! Ein Urlaub wie 1000 und 1 Nacht! :-) Vielen Dank auch für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung! mit lieben Grüßen nach Spanien! claudia & familie

LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 12

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment und es entsprach auch in real dem, was es im Vorfeld preisgab. Umgeben von einer wunderbaren Gartenanlage mit zwei Pools und dem Meer unweit fühlten wir uns sehr sehr wohl. Die gesamte Wohnanlage war einfach paradiesisch. Drei Wochen hatten wir die Gelegenheit zu relaxen, Ausflugsziele zu besuchen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es reichlich. Es war ein "rund-um-sorglos Paket" und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben in der Urbanisation LA PERLA DE MARAKECH. Freunden würden wir dieses Domizil immer wieder gerne und guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können.

Estupendo apartamento, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas vacaciones como en casa. Toda la urbanización es maravillosa, tranquila, ideal para descansar y disfrutar a la vez. Es mi segundo año veraneando en la misma zona y por supuesto volveré a repetir. Gracias.
