The property is lovely. The rooms are huge if a little bit dated but really good quality furnishings etc. bad was massive. Unfortunately the weather was foul so didn’t really get much of a chance to enjoy the pool area however the food in the poolside bar was decent. My only criticism re staff is they really pushed you to order which put us off signing there. I like to relax and felt hurried one night sending the staff away 5 times. Once the food had arrived you really had to chase for the bill. I’d stay again. Please just ask the waiting staff to back off a little. I would understand if we ate late but this was always early evening. They were very polite just overly hurrying

Fantastic hotel, great value for money compared to many other hotels close by. Excellent breakfast. Outside restaurant was very good. Nice pool, good sunbeds and towels. Really nice friendly staff. There were problems though with our suite. Shower mixer falling apart. Aircon stopped working. Sliding terrace door faulty No centre lights so generally dark. We will definitely stay there again.

We booked as a reasonably priced hotel which was well located for our purposes. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy each day! Service was fine, especially around the pool. On the opposite side of the A7 we found several great places to eat and have a drink.

like every one in the hotel, I have to change the hotel key card three or four times because this is an old school hotel. I was on the 5th floor and there was too much noise coming from the other room the whole night. Management is poor. There is no entertainment at all just eating and sleeping and there is no beach close . I order the meal octopus with potatoes , the food was too much salty and when they replaced it it s too cold and when I complained no one cared.

Bit outdated communal areas and rooms but nevertheless very good, clean hotel with very good staff & management. Housekeeping is immaculate and rooms are cleaned very well and at appropriate times. Breakfast is 5 star , restaurant served by wonderful staff and quality of food is very good as well as the choice. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Starting with the positives …… our room was lovely and spacious the housekeepers were kind in leaving random things for us….. like folding the sheets a certain way, or mini chocolates on the bed. Little things that were noticed. The staff were also very nice around the hotel. The pool was always nice and clean on the rare occasion we did stay by it.. Now our main issue is that the place is advertised as adults only, it’s not …. There were children there everyday….. we specifically wanted adult only for personal reasons. So our days by the pool that we wanted were no longer. We tried to take this up with Expedia and asked if we could move hotel, but were told we would not get a refund. We spent two days looking before giving up. Our holiday had to change dramatically because of this and at a huge additional cost. For this reason you cannot trust Expedia. We very very specifically wanted adult only and it’s plain as day advertised as adults only. It’s not. We also had a huge stain on the carpet outside our room. It’s certainly not five star. So I’m hoping Expedia will do something by way of compensation before a false advertising legal complaint is filed as I am hugely out of expense as a result. The hotel is advertised as a beach resort….. it’s a 15 min walk to a stoney dirty beach. Again false advertising. They also, from what appears to be, pay influencers to come and stay and post about the hotel in attempt to market it.
