Selwo Hills Vacation Apartment is set in the beautiful and private Selwo Hills 2 community and is surrounded by luxurious tropical gardens. A modern, first floor apartment, it enjoys fantastic sea views from the patio balcony on one side of the apartment and beautiful garden and mountain scenery from the balcony on the other side. Most recently renovated in 2020, the grounds, communal areas and the apartment itself are all furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard. We are officially registered with the Andalusian Regional Government Tourist Authority - Registration No: VFT/MA/03710.
Perfectly situated between the beautiful towns of Marbella and Estepona, and centrally located on the New Golden Mile, the apartment is less than a hour away from either Malaga or Gibraltar and is within easy reach of beaches, towns, golf courses, marinas and nightlife - which means it makes a perfect base from which to explore and enjoy all of the activities and sightseeing that the Costa del Sol has to offer!
The Selwo Hills 2 community enjoys a secure and gated environment, with lush tropical gardens surrounding a large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Other community facilities include a sauna, a gym and a small library which residents and guests are welcome to use. Secure, off road parking is provided in the underground car park with lift access directly to the apartment. The whole environment is accessible and wheelchair friendly (there are several lifts to all areas).
The apartment is furnished to a high quality standard with leather living room suites, marble dining table and Travertine marble flooring throughout. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and the living room.
Living Room
Comfortable seating for 5 and a modern 48” Smart TV including cable TV with a full range of international channels (Spanish/English/French/German/Russian). There is a DVD player and the bluetooth soundbar means you can play all your favourite music from your own smart devices. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A marble dining table seats 6 people when you want to dine more formally –or if you prefer to eat outside, you can also use the table on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Balcony
Relaxed seating and another dining area on this large balcony which is your ‘outside room’ where you can enjoy beautiful sea views and even catch a glimpse of Gibraltar in the distance! On this balcony there is a charcoal barbecue for you to use if you feel like dining ‘al fresco’.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted and completely equipped to ensure that you are able to cater for yourselves should you decide you want a change from eating at restaurants! There is a hob, an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all pots and utensils necessary to cater for your group.
Utility Room
Should you need to do some washing, there is a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal.
Master bedroom
The master suite has a Super Kingsize double bed, with ample wardrobe space. This bedroom enjoys views out to the Mediterranean and has separate access to the large balcony. There is a widescreen TV in this bedroom. It also boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a full-sized bath and a hairdryer at your disposal.
2nd Bedroom
This bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and again has ample wardrobe / storage space. The bedroom has views to the gardens and the mountain scenery.
Family Bathroom
The shared bathroom is accessed from the central hallway and consists of a toilet, wash basin and shower facilities and also a hairdryer for you to use.
2nd Balcony
Relaxed seating and another dining area with room for 4-6 on this balcony overlooking the gardens and mountain scenery. This balcony is accessed from the kitchen.
General
All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for you.
It is recommended that guests use a hire car in order to gain maximum enjoyment from their stay. You will have the exclusive use of an allocated parking space in the community underground parking area.
