Hotels near Este Station

"We booked Agriturismo Alto Venda at 7:30 PM while traveling in Italy from Costa Rica. Without constant cellular data, we went directly to the hotel, arriving around 8 PM, only to find it completely shut down. With the help of a local, we contacted the hotel and were told check-in was before 6 PM, something we were never informed about during booking. This left us stranded, forced to find and pay for another accommodation, doubling our expenses. The hotel should not accept reservations after 6 PM if no one is available to check guests in. Communication was severely lacking, and we believe we deserve a refund for this unfair situation. Customer support was unhelpful, and the hotel refused to issue a refund. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and stressful. Proper communication and service are fundamental, and this establishment failed on both fronts. We would strongly recommend against making a reservation there."

"we just spent 2 weeks with 17 members of our family at Villa Albrizzi, a fantastic privately owned estate. The location in Este, a nice and vibrant little town, was perfect to travel from to Venice, Verone, Bologna...etc. the staff of 3 was wonderful and each meal was excellent, with vegetable coming from the estate own garden. Villa Albrizzi has seen its share of visitors , the guests book first entry is dated 1867... GL South Carolina"
