"We had a horrible stay here. We arrived with a night bus at 7AM, thinking it would be fine since they advertised 24 hour reception and check-in from 7AM. There was no one there and we had to rattle the doors for 25 minutes only to wake up a guest to let us in. They couldn't find our booking in the system, but offered us a mattress in the lobby..
