"La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont assez raides, et qui peuvent causer des difficultés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette maison."

Ballon insuffisant (eau chaude très vite épuisé) et salle de convivialité (salon cuisine) un peu petite. à mon avis mieux adapté pour maximum 8 personnes. mais pas de regret tout de même car très bien accueilli ."

Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. "This was an ideal location for our exploration of this corner of Belgium and also NE France. We were delighted with the house and the facilities provided and could not have asked for more. Welcomed by Marc, the host who showed us around and had some lovely suggestions of places to visit and eat, we then spent our week criss-crossing the region and enjoying everyday. So much to see and do - we didn't manage it all but that just gives us the opportunity to go back again."

"Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. It was a great base for visiting the area. Ronse is a lovely town too. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We felt very welcome!! We would stay again! "

"The house is extremely well equipped and has a lovely garden with views over the fields. The pool and cinema room were a bonus. It’s only a short drive into the centre of Lille and convenient to explore the surrounding area but we really enjoyed the rural location."

"Excellent staff, really nice and helpful. My room was very comfortable, great bed, lovely linens and towels and brilliant pillows! I had a great sleep. Good shower room with toilet and sink, very nice shower gel, soap and small body lotion, nice quality. Great kitchen area really well stocked with pans, dishes and cutlery..one of the best kitchens I have used. There are some good changes since the last time I was here, I can recommend Sejours & Affaires and will definitely stay here again. "

"Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...
