"I was impressed by the room. Clean and fresh no stale soap smell. Women doing cleaning came every morning even though I said I didn’t need anything in my 3 day stay she checked and reminded me to ask at the desk and she would take care of it for me. Friendly people. Wonder how it is in summer."

"The property is no Ritz, but it's a very good value for the money ($134/nt). The room was clean & comfortable with a big picture window looking out on a little pond and trees sporting colorful fall foliage. There was a load of parking and there's a fun restaurant Cuckoo's Nest Mexican a short walk from the lot. Shopping areas are just five minutes away in either direction. The ocean is a quick five minute drive away as well. "

"If you look on maps, it says this property is permanently closed. However, this property is the most open and functional property I have seen in the Groton area. The room I stayed in was recently re-done. The bathtub still had a sticker on it. It’s so clean. is a nice little family that owns the property and we love to support local businesses.
