"Stayed a couple nights with my family. The neighbourhood is safe and we felt comfortable walking around even at night. Rooms were clean and nice but a little too small for a family of 4. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay! "

"A very nice hotel, quite expensive, but it is nearly new so everything is clean and tidy. The self checkin was broken, so we had to speak to the helpdesk, the were very efficient. The aircon was good. The breakfast was good, I love their scrambled eggs. Was quite close to the lake. A very quiet place, I would use again."

"I chose this IBIS hotel based on air conditioned rooms (not easy to find in Thonon), distance from family members who live in the area and consistency with room/hotel amenities. The room was clean, minimally equipped as per expected (no tea kettle/coffee maker, fridge, etc.). The bed was reasonably comfortable (not hard as a rock) which is not always easy to find in Europe based on American standards however biased. It was nice to have a few English speaking tv channels to watch as well. The breakfast was adequate though I thought the IBIS Central location in Thonon had a better spread overall last time I stayed there. The abundant free parking outside the hotel was a major plus. I will definitely stay here again."
