Super Service zum fairen Preis
Er service ist absolut top. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen alle sehr zufrieden zu sein, und gebe dieses weiter. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem sehr aufmerksam. Uns wurde tatsaechlich in allen Anfragen weitergeholfen. Sei es vom ueberfuellten Fruehstuecksbereich nach Kaffeebechern, zum verregneten check out (Regenschirm) zu notwendigem Geschirr fuer die Zimmer, 👌 Alles erfuellt. Die Zimmer selbst waren fuer 2 Erw. Plus 1-2 kids recht Klein. Aber so hat Familienleben wieder Sinm ergeben. Schoen, so auf so engem Raum 😉 Beim continental Fruehstueck hab ich ein wenig variationen vermisst. Vielleicht scrambled eggs statt boiled eggs naechstes mal? Erdnussbutter zur Marmelade waer auch toll gewesen 😋 es gab im Gegenzug super viele verschiede Brotsorten, doch als nicht Fleischesser wenig options gehabt, dieses abwechslungsreich belegen zu koennen. Aber allem in einem war s super. Wir hatten einen sehr schoenen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Dreckige Unterkunft, unten stehenden Steckdosen also keine Kindersicherung, Badezimmer eckelhaft dreckig, Rezeption Mitarbeiter unhöflich, Frühstück am schlimmsten, also mit Abstand schlimmstes Hotel wo ich je Aufenthalt hatte und deswegen ich hatte für Drei Nächte bezahlt aber nach einer Nacht anderese Hotel gebucht und ohne das Geld erstattet zu bekommen habe ich check out gemacht und in einem tollen Hotel nämlich NH Hotel tollen Urlaub gehabt.

An der Bar abends nach Vorstellung im Colloseum wäre es angeraten eine zweite Bedienung zu haben, es hat lang gedauert, bis man ein Getränk bekam.

Service und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Die Betten lassen zu wünschen übrig, die haben, zumindest für zwei Personen, die Konsistenz eines Wasserbettes. Beim Frühstück könnte auch nachgebessert werden. Die Brötchen waren zu kross gebacken und dadurch trocken und es muss schneller nachgelegt werden, wenn was aus ist. Bei uns war die Auswahl an Wurst auf eine Sorte begrenzt.

Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer sowie Sauberkeit waren Bestens!!! Verbesserungsfähig ist dafür zum einen das Personal. --> Beim Frühstück immer mal ein Auge auf das Buffet werfen, ob irgendetwas leer geworden ist und nicht warten bis die Hotelgäste zum Personal kommen. Oder sich mit dem Handy lautstark in der Lobby sitzend zu telefonieren. Kurz um an dem Benehmen und der Organisation gab es immer wieder solche Mängel, aber ansonsten nichts weiter Schlimmes.

Hatte 2x King Size Bett bestellt. Beide Zimmer jedoch nur jeweils 2 normale Betten. Rezeption meinte: "Ja, da hat vielleicht jemand einen Fehler gemacht, da können wir jetzt auch nix machen." Auch kein Angebot einer Kompensation wie kleiner Preisnachlass o.ä. sehr enttäuschend. Werde ggf. eher nicht wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
