Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man (als Familie) braucht- und noch mehr (z.B. Spielzeug). Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super: Haltestelle, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäcker, Apotheke etc. direkt vor der Tür. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schön groß, entspricht also den Bildern. Alles war sauber, und es gab auch sonst nichts zu bemängeln. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut geklappt. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ebenfalls sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

Absolute Empfehlung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist ebenfalls tadellos, man bekommt zeitnah Antwort und Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Lage im Essener Süden ist perfekt für Dienst- und Urlaubsreisen. Wir hatten beides mit einander verbunden. Ich kam über die A52 schnell nach Düsseldorf und die Familie schnell zu Fuss ins Grüne. Also alles top, 10 von 10 Punkten.

Wohlfühlwohnung

Die weiträumige, komfortabel und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung liegt in Essen Bredeney an der Grenze zum Stadtteil Rüttenscheid, nahe an der Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 108, die über das Zentrum nach Altenessen führt. Wenn man nicht unbedingt das Auto braucht, kann man es hier gut stehenlassen. Die netten Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr angenehm

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles nötige war in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung vorhanden. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke und einen Rewe-Markt. Parkplätze sind an de Straße auch immer zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Essen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Wäscheständer sind bei zwei kleinen Kindern Goldwert.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei unseren Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einerseits sehr ruhig aber doch nahe des Geschehens. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos und immer zeitnah. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden den Aufenthalt jederzeit wiederholen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man sich wünscht! Super Ausstattung, wirklich schöne Einrichtung, liegt ruhig und doch zentral in einer schönen Straße mit Straßenbahnanschluss, Blick ins Grüne. Perfekt!!

Freundlich und kinderlieb

Von Anfang an wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Für die Kinder würde völlig unkompliziert Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Betten waren bezogen, Schlafcouch schnell aufgebaut. Die Wohnung an sich superschön eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren ebenso vorhanden wie ein Fön, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist optimal, keine 300m weiter gibt es Bäcker, Rewe, Sushi 😁. Parkplatz haben wir immer einen in der Nähe gefunden. Bei längerem Aufenthalt in Essen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank! ❤️

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, toll eingerichtet und sauber. Für Familien ist die Lage ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wald, Baldeneysee und der Grugarpark sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Platz war für uns total ausreichend. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und interessiert. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

Meine Nichte und Neffen aus der Schweiz waren bei mir in Bredeney zu Besuch. Die top eingerichtete,super gepflegte Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Vermieter aufgeschlossen und sehr freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder mieten. Vielen Dank.
