The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and warm, the room was very clean and smelt amazing, the bed and bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the soaps and lotions are devine, the location is excellent right in the centre of the Medina, the breakfast was delicious and the jams homemade.
