They worked with us and upgraded us to a larger first floor room at no additional cost when my husband injured his foot during our travels, they provided ice packs regularly to keep his foot from swelling. "From the time we arrived to the time we checked out the experience was flawless, when I arrived I had 8 additional family members that did not have reservations and the front desk was more than happy to accommodate us with an additional 2 rooms. My room overlooked the amazing pool area with a majestic view of impeccable maintained landscaping. I was only able to stay one night due to time constraints, but would have loved to stay more days. "
