We just spent the month of July here with an ever-changing group of family and friends -- never more than eight but the house could easily sleep double that. Everything works. Plenty of hot water. A modern kitchen with as much equipment and dishware as you could possibly want. Knives that are sharp. Comfortable beds. Lights to read by at night. Thick walls so sounds don't travel. "We loved the area and the house. It is so well situated for a series of the best coastal walks we have ever done. They are strenuous at times but there is always a magnificent view to stop and admire while you rest. The house was warm, clean and very well equipped and a great base for this lovely area.
