"We spent 1 week here and it was a great location for us. It is listed as a 4 Star but its maybe a 3-1/2 Star. The restaurant has a very limited menu and the quality is pretty average. Room service didn't replenish our coffee supplies twice, not a huge deal but again attention to detail. The King Superior room doesn't have a table so if you want to order room service or eat your own take out, its on your lap. The other weird deign is a opaque glass wall between the bathroom and room. "Booked this for Champions Rd of 16 with Benfica in mid March. Hotel is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast option was worth the price. If traveling in by air, the train to the Placa Espanya was very easy. The mall is nice with many food options, although a little touristy. Great stay, thanks so much to the staff!!!"

"No frills but a super base for exploring the city. Very helpful and friendly staff - welcoming, efficient and friendly reception staff who helped us with lots of bookings. Superb breakfast with a huge array of choices again with very lovely staff. Rooms were a little tired but nothing to complain about - the cheery cleaning staff worked hard on them every day.
