Villa 320 Holiday Villa w/Pool, Jacuzzi and Tennis

This extremely tasteful and comfortable villa is set just outside the coastal resort of Esposende with long sandy beaches and many other attractions to make your holiday memorable. Looking across agricultural fields down to the village centre, the villa offers excellent facilities such as private swimming pool, tennis court, grass football field with volleyball net, home cinema, table tennis, etc.

Ground floor

Fully fitted modern kitchen with doors opening onto an excellent and well equipped covered barbecue area. Dining room with table seating 10 people. Spacious living room with comfortable seating and cable TV. Doors opening onto the pool terrace. Covered jacuzzi. 1 bedroom with twin beds and adjacent shower room. Laundry room.

First floor

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors opening onto a large balcony with uninterrupted views over the countryside. Two extra bedrooms each with a double bed and one of them with another private balcony. Full bathroom.

Exterior

Spacious covered barbecue area ideal for alfresco dining. Private pool (10 X 5 metres and the depth is from 0.90 metres to 1.85 metres). 5-a-Side grass football field. Tennis court with lighting. Well maintained large gardens with mature trees and private vineyard.

Excellent Property
Excellent property with lots of different break out areas. As well as the pool, there are other sporting options we did not use, tennis, vollyball, football. The weekly cleaning/maintenance team were thorough. The Property Manager went out of her way to help us secure the villa, and I was extremely grateful for her assistance. Acurate intructions on the location of the property and reception were provided.

Beautiful Villa north of Porto
The villa was very clean and well maintained. The gardens were immaculate. Overall the facilities in the villa exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect accommodation for our family with teenage and adult children. It big enough to have private space and also had plenty of entertainment with the pool, tennis, soccer, basketball and cinema room. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and were sad to be leaving. The concierge was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Overall such a positive experience. We can’t fault anything.

Comfortable and spacious house
We had a very nice stay in this beautiful house with a lot of space indoor and outdoor. Nice pool, jacuzzi and BBQ/kitchen area. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable with clean bathrooms. Here and there some maintenance could be done on the house, but thoseare minor things.

Maison située à Vila Cova
Excellent sur tout les points. La station balnéaire d’Esposente est à proximité . La villa est magnifique et super bien entretenue dans un environnement très calme . Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Returned home fully reloaded!
The property was amazing. Many rooms to sit or to play games. A nice outside kitchen with BBQ and Pizza ovens where we had our diners with the whole family. Great swimming pool next to a volleyball/soccer pitch and a tennis court. The young adults could burn their energy during the days and evenings. We made use of the chef cook option for one diner and it was fantastic! When we plan to visit Portugal next time, we will for sure check the Distinctive Portugal site again!

Das Haus ist für 6 Personen jedenfalls groß genug, die Lage auf dem Land gefiel uns gut. In ein paar Kilometern Entfernung bekommt man alles, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle innerhalb von 45 min möglich. Können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Algo caro. Hay zonas como el jacucci que no aparece reflejado en las fotos ni en los comentarios de la casa. Una vez llegas te comentan que pagando 100€ más tienes esa zona… por el resto muy buen sitio. Dejan poco para la limpieza, papel, balletas y demás tuvimos que comprarlo todo.
