"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Lovely hotel out of the city

"Hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff extremely friendly. Well located for our needs. This was our second stay in this hotel in a matter of months. The room on the second occasion looking a little more tired than the first time, however it appeared that work was being undertaken out of season in a number of rooms, so maybe the one we had this time was set for a revamp. Even in a slightly tired state, the room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Already planning on returning again"
