The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring)."

If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. "The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "

It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. "This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"Das Haus und das Interieur sind schon etwas älter, aber mit schönem Seeblick und von einem tollen Park umgeben. Zum Meer, das man vom Grundstück nicht sehen kann, sind es ein bis zwei Minuten. "We had a wonderful family holiday here. Beautiful, spacious villa in 2 parts with wonderful views of the surrounding hills as well as out to sea. Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. "A spectacular plot perched up on the hills with 360 views of the national park and sea. It’s a 10mins drive from Sperlonga but also we used the villa as a base to do day trips to Roma and Napoli. The villa was lovely, clean and comfortable. The kids spent most of the time in the fantastic pool. The owner is friendly, very helpful and responsive."
