"We enjoyed staying in this villa with our adult children and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay. The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring)."

"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"Wonderful Host. Luciana was extremely helpful. the home is located in a private gated subdivision, on a hill. It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. "The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "

The property was very grand and was the perfect size for our family of 10. The 2 kids enjpyed the pool. The villa is a little dated and could use a refesh in the kitchen and bathrooms. "Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. "Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "
