"Pool and kids club was amazing. Rooms a bit outdated, tv wasnt working but was quickly replaced by staff, AC was leaking and makin a loud noise, room wasnt cleaned and had to ask a few times before it was cleaned. Shower drain was clogged up but again quickly fixed by staff."

"Came with the family for UK half term to get some winter sun and we all loved the place! Great boutique hotel - simple but perfect room for the 5 of us to stay in - lovely grounds and pool - and right on its own beach with sun loungers and sun sofas overlooking the crystal clear waters. "Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"Absolute perfection. We loved everything about our stay and can’t stop telling people about it. We wanted peace and quiet and that is exactly what we got. Absolutely beautiful property in a perfect, quiet, unspoiled (and not too ‘touristy’ area of the country, with excellent friendly welcoming staff. Food and drinks were great. We adored the friendly resident dogs who welcomed us back every day. Bliss. . "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "The property is really great. It’s quiet and close to Mon Choisy beach. The service from the staff was excellent. They have sister hotel which has very nice restaurant (Le Skipper). I used a rental car but I think you can still manage with public bus nearby."

"The resort is fantastic. We had a wonderful time there for the 9 days we were there. The food is delicious, the beach is beautiful and the resort has quite a lot of fun activities, some of which included if you have the right package. The hotel has taxis nearby which are needed every time you want to go out as it is quite far from anything else than the local beach and golf course."

"The LUX hotel deserves its 5 star status. It has great facilities for both families with & without children and even has an adult only beach area. Main gripe was the fact that the sea is so shallow you can hardly get any depth to swim properly which I felt was a shame. The staff are second to none. Shout out to Sandeep in reception, Neru & Vishal in the buffet restaurant area who were excellent "
