"We stayed here for one night on our way across the country. Everything about our stay was fabulous. The location is central to Esperance with quick access to the beach road and most places to eat. The apartment was clean, had comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed and easy parking. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. "

"We arrived late, smooth check in but the room wasn’t clean/ready. For some reason the cleaner missed our room. I called the number on file and the lady fixed the issue straight away (less than an hour) and was very apologetic. She did say I’ll get a partial refund that I haven’t heard of yet though and that’s why I’ll rate the stay at 3 stars."

"It was a nice stay, loved the location and play area! Breakfast staff were nice as well as the room service staff. The receptionist wasn’t overly friendly, didn’t elaborate on anything during check in or check out, she just gave me the eftpos machine at checkout and I had to ask what the payment was for as she didn’t say anything (already paid online). Also had to pay additional to have a cot, which I didn’t see any cost was mentioned during my online booking at all. Still a nice place though! thank you "
