"The Djorff is an amazing place, the building is a literal work of art. It over looks the Nile River and has amazing sunrise/sunsets. The crew that works there is fantastic and their attention to detail rivals any 5 star chain. Breakfast, which is included with your stay is amazing. It is served on a patio which is next to the pool. It really is a special place. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, this place is closer to a resort feel than hotel. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone staying in Luxor."

"Our stay was magnificent. We arrived early from our flight, and they accommodated us immediately with a room, even before the check-in time. The breakfast and restaurants were really good. At checkout, they allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge before our flight back. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"We clearly came to the hotel at a quiet time of year as there were not many other guests but it was an amazing experience as all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The aesthetics and design of the place was really well done and high quality and the food also matched this standard. The bar had a grand piano which was so much fun to be able to play (I'm a pianist) and I even got a request from the staff to play again the next night - only down side was the piano was very out of tune and the sustain pedal was broken. My first time having a massage was at the Spa which come at an extra cost, but this was certainly worth the 33 Euros and the massage therapist Sayed felt like nothing short of a good friend by the end of our short stay at the hotel. Finally, the rooftop pool was a very nice touch (although quite cold in the evening) and it was great to be able to swim with an incredible view of the sunset. Even though there was a sign saying the rooftop pool closes at sunset, the staff didn't have any problems with us messing about after dark and were very funny, cheering us on to get in the cold pool! Overall I would highly recommend - the only downsides were the location felt a bit rough (but so was most of Egypt) so we didnt leave the hotel, and the air conditioning in our room definitely could have been better. We never complained about the air conditioning since we were only there for a few nights but Im sure the staff would have helped if we had raised an issue"

"From the moment we arrived, to the moment we cheched our we were well taken care of. The staff works very hard to make sure everything is to your liking. In the morning you will awaken to hot air balloons lifting off nearby, with King Tut and his friends hidden in the mountains. Reasonable tours and food and more. The rooms a very nice as is the pool, but again it was the people that made it incredible."

"WOW!! No other words This place is a true Jem. It’s nestled on the other side of Luxor in a very quintessential Egyptian village on the banks of River Nile . From excellent restaurant to amazing pool . This place is oasis !! I am a Canadian and travelled with Young family. This hotel beats any 5 star hotel in Cairo and Luxor. "The Pavilion shares the same facilities as the well known the Winter Palace Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Thinking back to the breakfast in the beautiful garden added a needed sense of peace in an area that often had lots of salesmen. The hotel is also conveniently located near Luxor Temple. I had stayed here the first time I went to Luxor, I stayed here again, and would stay here if I went to Luxor again. "
