The house is located on the western edge of the city Esens. It is within walking distance in a few minutes. Other destinations would include the amenities of the North Sea resort Bensersiel with beach, beach chairs, playgrounds and Bennis Kinderland. Our location is ideal for long walks, bike rides or discovery trips in the East Frisian nature. Enjoy the healthy air actively or just in the garden. When the weather is bad, you'll be delighted to visit their children's playground Klabautermann. You may also ask your health insurance provider for a spa holiday: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics classes as well as inhalations, massages etc. 

Apartment Winands, Dietmar:
The cozy apartment with separate entrance can accommodate 5 people and is about 60 square meters. It is located in the 1. Floor and has 1 living room with dining area and integrated kitchenette. It also has 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room is furnished with a couch and two armchairs, dining area, flat screen and radio. One bedroom with a separate wash basin has 2 single beds. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed. There is also the possibility to provide a cot, as well as a high chair is available. It is a Non smoking apartment, but smoking is possible on the furnished balcony. Please understand that we can not accept pets. Parking space and lawn with barbecue are available. Children are welcome.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 09:00 to 11:00.

Für Kinder nicht zu empfehlen
Wir befinden die Ferienwohnung für Kinder und Kleinkinder als nicht geeignet. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist eng und sehr steil. Die ganze Wohnung ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Überall liegt alter Teppichboden. Die Fenster im großen Schlafzimmer sind nicht dicht und es zieht rein. Das Fenster in der Dusche ist kaputt, es lässt sich weder öffnen noch schließen. Einen Spalt ist es offen und es zieht. Das Duschen, vor allem von Kindern, ist somit nicht zu empfehlen. Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine wären für eine Familie von Vorteil. Beim Check In wurden wir gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir die Wohnung sauber zu hinterlassen haben. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass frisch geputzt wurde. Sonst, netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieterpaar. Reisebett mit Kinderbettwäsche und Hochstuhl wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Schade, dass man keine Bilder zur Bewertung hinzufügen kann.

Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.
