Nelly and her husband are both really nice people and nothing was too much trouble. The Lake 15 minutes away is superb to swim in and safe for children as its really shallow and has soft sand. "Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Mimizan-Plage im Haus von Nicolas und Jana. Die Verwaltung vor Ort läuft nicht direkt über die Eigentümer, sondern über eine etwas überlastete Agentur. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. An die Promenade und zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc). Für unsere Kinder war der Skate- und Bolzplatz ein großes Highlight. Es empfiehlt sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder vor Ort auszuleihen,...

"Super vacances, tout à disponibilité autour près de la plage près de le Centre de la plage. Par contre il serait bien que dans le descriptif de l’annonce soit barrée lave-linge et lave-vaisselle pour qu’on comprenne bien qu’il n’y a pas ces effets"

"Lovely property very close to the sea. We were greeted by very lovely people with a lovely gift. The property was immaculate and very stylish with all the amenities you might require. 5• property! The whole family loved it! We would stay again for sure. The only downside is that my wife loved it so much she is going to redesign our holiday house given the tips from this property (so an expensive holiday you might say...). Loved it - will be back."
