The Space:

Indulge in the audio/videophile grade Dolby Atmos movie theater, featuring 10 leather theater recliner seats and a 150" widescreen. Step outside the disappearing pocket sliding doors to find a vanishing edge spa overlooking the scenic mountains and lake. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a large Kamodo grill, fridge, kegerator, icemaker, and wood-burning fireplace, is perfect for outdoor cooking.

Most of the 4-acre property, including the tennis court, pool, spa, and surrounding areas, are exclusively reserved for your use during your stay.

If you enjoy hiking or mountain biking, there are numerous nearby trails to explore. Lake Hodges, within walking distance, offers boating, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing on select days. Rentals for boats and equipment are available on-site.

Rest assured, you will have full access to at least one garage space, and if required, additional garage spaces can be arranged. A high-speed Tesla charger is available upon advance request (charging billed separately) for your convenience.

Please note, this listing includes the 2-bedroom guesthouse (7 bedrooms total with the main house), ensuring ample space for your entire group.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk from the house is the beautiful Lake Hodges (for boating, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fishing - equipment available for rent on-site) or the famous Hernandez Hideaway Mexican restaurant for an epic meal.

There are hiking and mountain biking trails all over the place.

To the West, it's just a short drive to the beaches of Del Mar. The coast of San Diego has so much to offer from coffee shops to restaurants to surfing to nightlife.

To the East, just 5 to 10 minutes away there's a great town with coffee shops, restaurants, a large shopping mall, and the San Diego Safari Park (also known as the Wild Animal Park) just 15 minutes from the house.

This is a very central location for experiencing all that San Diego has to offer.

Getting Around:
Uber usually takes only about 5 minutes to arrive and we can help you get a rental vehicle delivered to you if needed. There's a public bus stop within walking distance as well for the adventurous :-).

Other Things to Note:
Upon booking we will send you a full e-sign rental agreement (electronic agreement and signature), which must be completed and signed within 24 hours, along with a photo ID of the primary renter. All guests staying on the property must be listed along with ages of each guest.
For security purposes only, there are several outdoor cameras on the property. They cover the gate as well as front entry of the home, the back doors of the home, the covered palapa and pool area as well as the garage. There are no cameras in the home and all outdoor cameras are aimed away from the interior of the home to protect privacy.

Interaction with Guests:
The property is set up for self-check-in, however, someone will be available remotely to show you how to use the various features either at check-in or shortly thereafter.
